**Working Hours For HQ Subang Warehouse Openings;-**

1. Shift A - Mon-Fri : 8am-5pm, Sat : 8am-1pm

2. Shift B - Mon-Fri : 1pm-10pm, Sat : 12pm-5pm

**Salary : RM 2000 - RM 2500**

Monthly Allowance (Attendance) = RM200.00

Shift Allowance = RM300.00

**Working Location** : Taman Perindustrian UEP, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor.

1. Lead In The Execution Of Warehouse Outbound Operations In Compliance To SOP.

2. Managing Daily Order Fulfillment, Daily Inventory Replenishment, And Daily Distributions.

3. Managing The Operational Issues And Providing Solutions.

4. Supervising Warehouse Employees On Daily Activities.

5. Operating Material Handling Equipment; Reach Truck, Forklift, And Power Pallet Truck When Required.

6. Managing, Evaluating, And Reporting On Warehouse Performance, Productivity, And Cost.

7. Maintaining The Records, Reporting Relevant Information, And Preparing Any Required Documentation.

8. Coordinating And Maintaining Daily Housekeeping.

9. Coordinating And Maintaining Material Handling Equipment.

10. Ensuring The Maintenance Standards And Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations.

11. Managing On Daily Cycle Count And/ Or Stock Take Process Including The Preparation.

12. Key Interface Between Numerous Parties To Proactively Take Action That Delivers Business Results.

13. Controlling The Departmental Operations Budget And Monitoring Expenses.

14. Continuous Cost-Saving Initiatives With A Focus On Process Efficiency And Cost Savings.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum Of Diploma In Supply Chain Management/ Logistic Management/ Business Or Related Field Equivalent Combination Of Education And Work Experience In The Logistics Industry.

2. Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In FMCG (Foods And Home Care).

3. Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Material Handling Equipment, Reach Truck, Forklift And Power Pallet Truck.

4. Certified Material Handling Specialist.

5. Hand-Eye Coordination.

6. Safety Awareness.

7. Excellent With SAP And Excel

8. Excellent Leadership, Organizational Skills, And Good Team Player.

9. Excellent Communication Skills Both Written And Oral, And Interpersonal Skills.

10. Work On Shift Schedule.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.60 - RM2,502.13 per month
