Live Host Content Creator

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic **Live Host Cum Content Creator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, hosting, and curating live streaming sessions across various platforms, while also producing high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s goals. You will engage with our online community, showcase products/services, and drive audience interaction, all while staying on top of the latest digital content trends.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Live Hosting**: Host engaging and interactive live streaming sessions across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada. Connect with the audience in real-time, answer questions, provide product insights, and create memorable experiences.
- **Content Creation**: Develop, produce, and edit creative content, including live stream scripts, videos, photos, and written posts. Tailor content to fit different platforms, ensuring that it resonates with the target audience.
- **Community Engagement**: Build and nurture an online community by actively interacting with viewers during live sessions, responding to comments.
- **Stay Updated with Trends**: Keep an eye on industry trends, platform algorithms, and popular content formats to ensure the content remains relevant and engaging for the audience.
- **Creative Storytelling**: Use your creativity to tell compelling stories through content, making each live session unique and engaging. Craft content that entertains, educates, and promotes the brand’s values.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in live hosting, content creation, or digital marketing (1-2 years preferred). A portfolio or examples of previous live hosting and content work is required.
- **Confidence and Charisma**: Outgoing, confident, and comfortable in front of the camera. A strong ability to engage with the audience and maintain high energy during live streams.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, able to engage and captivate the audience through live interactions and content creation.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using live streaming platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, LazLive) and content creation tools (e.g., video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
- **Creativity**: Strong creative and storytelling abilities to produce unique content that resonates with audiences and supports brand messaging.
- **Social Media Expertise**: In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior. Knowledge of platform algorithms and how to leverage them for maximum reach.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to think on your feet, adapt content in real-time, and handle spontaneous interactions with the audience during live sessions.
- **Fluency in Language**: Bahasa Melayu, English

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- **Experience with Product Promotion**: Ability to naturally incorporate product promotion into live streams and content without interrupting the flow.
- **Understanding of Analytics**: Ability to analyze engagement data and use insights to continuously improve content strategies.
- **Multi-tasking Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, such as interacting with the live audience, presenting content, and keeping track of live session objectives, all at once.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
