Job Purpose Manage the Malaysia and Remotes taxation requirements, statutory compliance requirement and internal compliance requirement. Job Description 1. Responsible for liaising with tax agent to collate information required to prepare the withholding tax and VAT/ GST quarterly and annual returns, corporate income tax returns, and individual income tax returns. 2. Liaison and co-ordination of statutory and corporate audits and other compliance matters in Malaysia and Remotes region 3. Manage, prepare and lodge annual corporate taxation returns for entities in Malaysia and Remotes region. 4. Co-ordinate, prepare and lodgement of indirect tax returns for Malaysia and Remotes region (ie. Withholding Tax) on monthly / quarterly basis. 5. Manage and co-ordinate lodgement of expatriate income tax returns in Malaysia and Remotes region 6. Maintain and co-ordinate most efficient corporate structure for the group in the region. 7. Other duties as required.
