This role involves assisting in the design and enhancement of the test automation framework, identifying issues in test scripts, and troubleshooting the Tosca environment. You will also work closely with the team to resolve any issues and participate in reviews to drive continuous improvements in test automation processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3+ years in test automation using Tosca.
- **Domain Knowledge**: Understanding of banking operations and the digital banking ecosystem.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong proficiency with Tosca automation tools, SQL, and defect tracking methodologies.
- **Analytical & Problem-Solving**: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex automation challenges efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Test Automation Development**: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca to ensure comprehensive and high-quality test coverage.
- **Framework Enhancement**: Assist in the design, development, and optimization of the test automation framework to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- **Issue Identification and Resolution**: Proactively identify issues with test scripts or the Tosca environment, and collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve them.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in test automation reviews, feedback loops, and improvement initiatives to ensure best practices and innovative solutions in automation.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA and development teams, to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and technical specifications.

**Technical Skills Needed**:

- **Tosca Test Automation Tools**: Proficient in using **Tosca Commander** for test case design, execution, and maintenance, ensuring effective test automation strategies.
- **SQL Knowledge**: Basic knowledge of SQL for executing queries and database interactions to support testing and validation efforts.
- **Defect Tracking**: Ability to effectively track and manage defects using best practices in defect management tools and processes.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze test results and debug issues, ensuring high-quality outcomes for test automation projects.
- **Banking Process Knowledge**: Familiarity with banking processes, requirements, and terminology to better align automation efforts with industry standards.
