**Reports To**:

- Executive, Operations

**Key Accountability**:

- Assign individual driver an adequate movement allowances and other claim using special form and check the actual truck location with the armed escort command centre.
- Responsible that all trucks flight or 3rd parties truck movement must be accompanied with following documents such as Delivery Order, MAWB, customs form and cargo manifest.
- Ensure truck flight arrangement schedule on time and available for full fill demand on truck flight.

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- Minimum STPM/SPM with 2 years related experience (STPM) or 5 years related experience (SPM).

**Areas of Experience**:

- Knowledge on driving forklift and possess a certificate of DGR.
- To ensure all the documents related to the trucking activities are completed.

**Personality Traits**:

- Fast leaner and have good leadership skills.
- To ensure customs documentation and clearance in good order.
- Ability to work under pressure.
