Stakeholder Management & Data Analysis
- Define key areas to improve customers & sellers’ complaints using search & recommendation domain based on data analysis drawn and feedback collected.
- Understand business requirements & key focus to generate actionable insights & able to drive performance progress with business teams.
- Communicate key priorities to regional product stakeholders to align and improve on key developments.
- Synthesize findings, generate insights, and answer business objectives via reports & presentations to management and relevant business stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent monitoring to identify notable trends and opportunities based on data collected to improve customer satisfaction, meet consumer demands and analyze Lazada customers behavior.
- Conduct competitor analysis by monitoring and analyze behavior of competitor customers.
- Map out user journey and UI flows, highlighting potential pain points & solutions to be driven with regional team for solutions.

Product Operations - Search & Recommendation experience
- Work with local business stakeholders, regional operations team, and other relevant stakeholders to evaluate, analyze and improve quality of search & recommendation.
- Facilitate communication, tracking and reporting to keep operations team and regional product team aligned on priorities while ensuring on track progress.
- With the team, maintain and update knowledge base consisting of templates, SOPs, guidelines, best practices.
- Streamline and implement critical and routine product processes.
- Surface & trouble shoot issues with search & recommendation by reviewing bad cases, analyzing user behavior and collecting product feedback.
- Manage knowledge engineering projects to ensure prompt delivery of high-quality data for our systems

**Job Requirements**
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, IT engineering Operations or any Operational relevant roles in E-commerce or IT industries.
- Basic understanding on user journey experience & project management will be a plus point.
- Well-informed of the market competitive structure and industry best practices.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with decision making ability. Excel intermediate level is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to get things done.
- A self-motivated, self-directed individual who can also motivate and collaborate with multiple teams.
- Ability to drive progress in timely manner and have sense of ownership.
- Ability to clearly communicate high level strategy and technical details effectively across disciplines, locations, and organizations, including to senior leadership.
