Job Description for Mixue Service Crew

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
- Take orders accurately and process payments using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

2. Food & Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages (ice cream, bubble tea, smoothies, etc.) according to Mixue’s standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure high-quality presentation, taste, and hygiene of all products.

3. Store Operations
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed.
- Follow opening and closing procedures, including equipment checks and inventory control.
- Assist in daily inventory counts and reporting.

Position open for FULL TIME only. Requirement: Age 20 and above.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
