QAqc Supervisor

1. Responsible for precast component deliver to site compliance to Quality Assurance and Project Quality Plan.

2. Perform post-pour inspections and follow RTO during pre-delivery inspection to understand the defects, establish the root cause of defects and implement corrective and preventive measures.

3. Study the root cause of defects and its trend (honeycomb, uneven dimension) and implement action plan to improve the quality of precast component at the next casting.

4. Brief workers on standard practice of repair, train and develop awareness among workers toward quality to minimize defect.

5. Establish correct method on precast component stacking, transfer process and belt securing during pre-delivery.

6. Work with production team to establish continues improvement, reduce repair work and reduce cost of rework (cost optimization).

7. Raise NCR for any non-conformance found on the precast components/modules.

8. Ensure all rectification works are carried out based on approved MOS.

9. To perform and carry out work ad hoc task as assigned by the superior or Management.
