You are adaptable to change and respect the value and importance of following established systems (SOPs). **What You'll Do (The Role)** As our Teacher Trainer, you will be the guardian of our teaching quality. Your key responsibilities will be: - **Training & Development**: Responsible for coaching and developing newly hired English teachers to meet Hero Education's high standards. - **Quality Control**: Conduct regular class observations, provide constructive, data-based feedback, and ensure teaching quality is consistent. - **Curriculum Optimization**: Assist in developing and updating teacher training manuals and teaching materials. - **Team Empowerment**: Organize and lead regular teacher workshops and sharing sessions to elevate the team's overall teaching skills. - **Performance Evaluation**: Assist management in evaluating teacher performance using clear metrics. - **Process Improvement**: Propose innovative, logical solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of teacher management. **Our Hard Requirements** - Full fluency in spoken and written English. - At least 1 year of English teaching experience. - A genuine desire to move out of a pure teaching role and into a training, leadership, and management position. **What We Offer (The Benefits)** We reward our partners for their results. - **Competitive Compensation**: A salary range of RM 4,000 - RM 5,000, based on your experience and ability. - **Systematic Training**: We provide high-quality monthly training in management strategies, teaching, and leadership. - **A Clear Career Path**: We are a high-growth company.
