**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a **technical escalation point for L1 and L2 teams**.
- Investigate and resolve **AS400 system issues** including programs, batch jobs, and database anomalies.
- Perform advanced debugging using tools like **STRDBG, DSPJOBLOG**.
- Handle **hotfixes and emergency deployments**.
- Manage and maintain **CI/CD pipelines using ARCAD or TurnOver**.
- Lead **root cause analysis (RCA)** and write technical reports for recurring issues.
- Maintain and optimize **DB2/400 databases**, including schema changes and data corrections.
- Monitor and troubleshoot **batch job failures**, job queues, and scheduled tasks.
- Provide mentoring, documentation, and guidance for junior team members.

**Required Skills**:

- **RPG, RPGLE, CLLE programming**:

- **CI/CD tools** like ARCAD or TurnOver
- **Production support experience (L2 level)** with root cause identification
- Strong knowledge of **DB2/400**, embedded SQL, and file handling
- Hands-on experience in **batch job monitoring and recovery**:

- Experience with **change & release management processes**:

- Strong **analytical, debugging, and communication skills**:

- Ability to **collaborate across teams** (DevOps, Infrastructure, Development)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,694.25 per month
