Inside Sales Executive

Ovarro is a market leader that provides hardware and software solutions to the water industry. Ovarro is the combined forces of Primayer, Servelec Technologies, Datawatt and Controlpoint, connecting technologies to deliver trusted, secure, actionable insights that enhance situational awareness, one data point at a time.
We are looking to grow our team by hiring a Sales Account Executive who will generate new business opportunities and achieve challenging targets through a proactive and dedicated approach to handling customer accounts and uncovering new sales opportunities, using a variety communication channels (Webchat, telephony, social media).
You will add impact at Ovarro by;
- Generating qualified leads for Ovarro and either; closing these deals or working with our field-based sales team to ensure success
- Utilising our CRM (Salesforce), and your own initiative, to effectively outreach to both new and existing clients and qualify leads
- Follow up on quotes and enquires to generate leads and maximise conversations
- Responding to web leads and inbound requests as first point of contact to conduct needs assessments
- Having quality conversations with customers to ensure we can understand, analyse, and respond to their business needs
- A proven background of inside-sales experience with the drive to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Ability to build rapport with new potential customers, discover challenges, and align needs to solutions
- A confidence with cold calling and proactively reaching out to potential new clients
- Strong English communication skill, both written and spoken, as you will be communicating with colleagues in the UK and Aus.
