Are you a passionate leader with a taste for success? Our brand-new Korean BBQ restaurant is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. With your minimum of 3 years of F&B industry experience, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our valued guests.

Position: Restaurant Supervisor

Type: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead by example, setting the tone for excellent customer service and teamwork.
- Oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring smooth service flow, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Train, motivate, and guide the restaurant team to deliver top-notch service with a smile.
- Collaborate with the management team to uphold quality standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Foster a welcoming environment, making every guest feel at home and satisfied.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about the F&B industry, with a deep appreciation for Korean cuisine.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within the F&B sector.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and directing a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with staff and customers effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant Service Staff: 3 years (required)
- Restaurant Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
