**Responsibilities**:

- Train and guide inspectors/technicians an appropriate part inspection on visual and measurement
- Responsible for work scheduling to include, work assignment / rotation, inspector training, overtime and shift rotation
- Manage day-to-day QC activities and ensure that inspection activities are executed on schedule according to requirements
- Monitor and maintain stock inventory system up to date
- Ensure all equipment / gauges are properly maintained and verified/calibrated at all times
- Implementation of 5s in workplace
- To perform production assessment/tested sample measurement
- Ensure measuring equipment to be maintain well
- Perform inspection for daily in-process
- Responses/highlight to QA Engineer/prod personnel if there is any NG
- Any other assignment given by superior.

Job Requirements:

- Certificate or Diploma in related fields.
- At least 5 years related experience.
- Ability to understand product drawing.
- Knowledge of ISO and other quality standard as well as safety regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with computer skills.
- Good experience in various types of measurement equipment.
- Willing to work shift
- Working location in Bemban Industrial Area, Batu Gajah, Perak

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
