**Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate physical education curriculum aligned with educational standards and goals.
- Design lesson plans that focus on developing students' physical skills, knowledge of sports and fitness concepts, that can be accomplished by students of various backgrounds.

**Instruction and Coaching**:

- Teach physical education classes to students of varying ages and abilities.
- Demonstrate and instruct proper techniques for various sports, exercises, and physical activities.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students to help them achieve their fitness and skill development goals.
- Ensuring that children compete to their ability level and aren’t exposed to unnecessary injury or illness through school sports.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Assess students' physical abilities, progress, and performance through regular evaluations, tests, and observations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance and progress in physical education activities.
- Collaborate with other educators to assess data and provide suggestions to improve the goals for the students.
- Attending parents’ meetings and providing parents/guardians with comprehensive reports on their child’s progress

**Activities**:

- Organize and oversee extracurricular activities, sports teams, and fitness events to promote student engagement and involvement in physical education.
- Be a key leader in Sports-related activities such as Sports Day, MSSD and sports tournaments.

**Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and safe learning environment conducive to physical activity and student learning.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure student behavior and safety during physical education classes.
- Enforce school policies related to behavior, safety, and participation in physical education activities, with proper guidance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, Education, or related field
- Knowledge of physical fitness concepts, exercise physiology, and sports skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting (teaching or coaching experience is beneficial).
- Fluent in English, with Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as added advantages.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
