Iqc Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inspect incoming materials**:Conduct thorough quality checks on raw materials and components upon arrival.
- **Ensure compliance**:Verify that materials meet company and industry quality standards, maintaining a high level of product integrity.
- **Maintain records**:Keep detailed and accurate documentation of inspections and test results for future reference.
- **Handle defects**:Identify defective materials and manage the process of returns or corrective actions with suppliers.
- **Perform tests**:Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional tests on incoming materials to ensure quality.
- **Communicate with suppliers**:Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve overall product quality.
- **Team collaboration**:Work closely with production and procurement teams to ensure materials are suitable for use.
- **Prevent issues**:Identify quality trends and proactively suggest ways to prevent future defects.
- **Report inspections**:Prepare comprehensive reports on inspection results and corrective actions taken.
- **Improve processes**:Recommend and implement improvements to enhance inspection efficiency.
- **Training**:Share your knowledge by training team members on quality control standards and inspection methods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
