Supervisor (Eko Cheras)

Responsibilities:
- Support Operations Leaders in managing outlet's daily operations
- Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of the entire menu and its preparation
- Ensure SOP and Shop Rules are followed at all times, including policies for Food Safety and Sanitation process
- Support manager in managing inventory and stock ordering
- Support manager in executing marketing campaigns, and also meeting sales and food cost budget
- Lead, train and manage crew members in daily operations
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least SPM or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in any hospitality or F&B
- Age: 24 years and above.
- Good knowledge in managing inventory and operating POS system
- Physically fit
- Pleasant disposition and able to work in a team
- Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Flexible with work arrangement and willing to relocate
- Can communicate well in Bahasa Melayu and English
