**INDOOR SALES & MARKETING**

**Descriptions**:
Sales Assistance:

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative support, updating customer records, follow-up quotation and managing documentation.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings or presentations with customer.

Customer Interaction:

- Communicate with customers to provide information, answer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate customer records.

Cold Calling:

- Initiate outbound cold calls to potential customers to generate leads and create interest in our products/services.

Marketing Support:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.

Data Management:

- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and current information.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented approach to work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions.
- Basic analytical skills to compile and analyze sales data.
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and strategies is a definite advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
