**Responsibilities**:

- Develop custom-focused messaging and positioning strategies to promote our
- pecman brands and core value to the market.
- Develop and oversee communication ensuring communications in line with
- marketing strategies.
- Monitor trends in social media channel, identifying opportunities for growth to execute integrated marketing communications plans.
- Create and update social media strategies by collaborating with marketing/content team on supporting merchants to achieve sales target.
- Working out with branding agencies ensuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure successful consistent brand agencies
- Develop and execute the companies overall marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives and budgets. Manage and reviewing the annual budget, tracking sales and strategy planning for in achieving marketing goals for each activities.
- Develop own in-house marketing hub on socials media with in-house content creator for brand awareness on companies branding.
- Promotional planning and support with marketing/sales team for sales growth of merchants.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications or related roles.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

**Location**:

- Kepong, Kuala Lumpur

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM7,500.00 per month
