**As Operations Executive **of Park Rite Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible in the following:

- Reporting to Assistant Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager.
- you will be required to work outside your working hours during emergencies and there will be no overtime as you will be on call should the need arise.
- You are also required to stand in for any staff during emergencies
- You are required to report any major complaints from Landlord’s immediately to the Assistant Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager of Park Rite and deal with these complaints in a timely manner
- Any other task and duties assigned by Assistant Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager.
- Establish best practices for car park operations to ensure effectiveness and excellence in service.
- Keep abreast with the functionality of car park facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Liaise with technical department and maintenance contractors with regards to the servicing and upkeep of all car park equipment, signage’s and systems and ensure technical department and contractors have followed it through diligently
- Manage the department’s staff force and the monthly work roster.
- Ensure staff are well trained and well versed with the company and department’s policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyse the car park count, as well as the trends of car volumes.
- Perform car park rate analysis when required
- Manage the complaints that are brought to your attention by Season’s Department and the Car Park Help Desk.
- Investigate and attend court hearings should the need arise with proper factual reports to management
- Check and reconcile Hospital Guest ticket validations and any other validations and ensure you follow the terms in the Contracts.
- To conduct ad hoc car park audit e.g. high cancellation and/or variance of parking tickets and validity of season parkers

**REQUIREMENTS**
- With minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management or Property and Facility Management.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- **Good communication skills - written and verbal**
- Required Skill(s)**:Microsoft Office, EXCEL, WORD**
- Others required skill (s):OUTLOOK,
- Relevant experience is preferable
- Able to work independently, fast-leaner, persistent and result oriented
- Ability to work in team and good sense of responsibility and commitment.

**Salary Range start from** **RM2,200.00 **according to experience.

**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
