**your duty include**:

- to assist senior QS in project correspondences, pre
- and post-contract duties
- preparation of project costing, cost estimate, tender document and quotations
- establish and maintain accurate cost records, main document control and filing system
- identify, evaluate and prepare the project progress claims, VO and final account
- coordinate with contractors and site personnel
- responsible for taking off and quantity tabulation, variation orders and project cost control
- verify the sub-contractor’s monthly claims

**your profile**
- diploma / degree in quantity surveying
- experience in interior fit-out
- you have a good command of English, Chinese & BM
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- computer literate, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal skill
- fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
