**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsible for prompt and accurate delivery of products to customers.

Handle products receiving and storage.

Maintenance and cleanliness of the Warehouse.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Receiving and storage of products
- Ensure in-coming products are checked and in good order and condition i.e. type of product, quantity, weight.
- Responsible for the unloading of products.
- Proper storage of products at designated location and in an orderly manner to facilitate prompt and ease of delivery.
- Update the relevant records i.e. stock card promptly and accurate.

**Delivery of products**
- Ensure products to be delivered are taken out in accordance with the orders placed e.g. type, grade, quantity etc.
- Check that all related and relevant documents are in order before initiating delivery.
- Ensure products are packed in accordance with customers’ requirements.
- Practice the “First-In First-Out” method in products delivery.
- Ensure products are properly labelled before delivery.
- Ensure products are in a good and clean condition for delivery.
- Responsible for the unloading of products.
- Update the relevant records i.e. stock card promptly and accurate.

**Others**
- Observe and comply strictly to all safety regulations.
- To take feasible precautionary measures to safeguard the products / stocks against natural disaster e.g. stack up the products, wet the Warehouse if the temperature reaches a certain level etc.
- Assist in the physical stock take exercise conducted by Head Office.
- Accountable and answerable to any products / stocks shortages / loss.
- Maintain the overall Warehouse environment e.g. cleanliness.
- To safeguard products / stocks against unauthorized access during the official working days and hours.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by Supervisor or Management

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High level of integrity.
- Diligent, committed, responsible, and creative.
- Good planning skills, foresight and analytical.
- Able to handle and / or drive a Forklift.
- Team player.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
- Proficient with information systems.
