**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist paramedics and EMTs with patient assessment, treatment, and transport.
- Monitor vital signs and document patient information accurately.
- Prepare and maintain emergency medical equipment and supplies.
- Support in lifting and transferring patients safely onto stretchers and into ambulances.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, healthcare professionals, and hospital staff.
- Comply with all safety, infection control, and patient privacy protocols (HIPAA).
- Perform administrative duties; data entry, patient records management & inventory checks.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma in Medical Assistant / Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent.**:

- **CPR and First Aid certification required (BLS preferred).**:

- **Experience in emergency medical services or healthcare setting preferred.**:

- Physically fit and able to lift patients and equipment.
- Ability to **work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.**

**This role involves working in a fast-paced, mobile environment with frequent travel, exposure to varying weather conditions, and handling of emergency situations.**

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
