- At least 10 years' experience in FP&A with audit experience, demonstrated success at developing quality insights for senior management teams.
- Continuous improvement mindset and drive for excellence.
- Exceptional Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Digital or Technology background preferred.
- Commercial awareness, as well as the ability to think analytically and strategically.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead planning and budgeting activities.
- Improve Budgeting Process and Develop Budgeting Manual for the Group.
- Manage the planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare strategic plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts and management reports.
- Participate in and support the automation of the reporting/forecasting process, and the enhancement of business processes/workflows.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting, as well as timely forecast submission and the provision of value-added financial analysis and modelling.
- Create incisive analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights into business performance and trends.
- Collaborate to create a business scorecard dashboard.
- Conduct ongoing in-depth market and competitor benchmarking analysis for the region.
