**Job Title: Content Creator**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Write clear, compelling copy tailored for different audiences and platforms.
- Create and edit images, graphics, and video content to support written content.
- Maintain a consistent voice and style across all platforms while aligning with the brand's identity.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to optimize content performance.
- **Video Production**:

- Create short-form and long-form video content for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Handle all aspects of video production, including scripting, filming, and editing.
- Create motion graphics or animations where necessary.
- **Content Strategy**:

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to develop a content calendar and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
- Conduct research to identify industry trends and audience preferences to inform content development.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and other digital marketing efforts.
- **Analytics and Optimization**:

- Track the performance of content using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Optimize existing content based on performance metrics and audience insights.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create cohesive campaigns.
- Brainstorm and pitch ideas for new content, campaigns, or formats that align with brand goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, with a strong portfolio of content (written, visual, and video).
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or other editing software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience with digital marketing and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience in photography or video production is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
