We are looking for a **TikTok Live Host** who is confident, talkative, and able to create an engaging and entertaining environment during live streaming sessions. You will **interact with viewers**, **initiate conversations**, and encourage the audience to participate and send virtual gifts. You will **not be dancing or performing**—your focus is on **hosting and talking** while supporting other streamers during the live.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Host and speak during TikTok live sessions in a fun and engaging manner.
- Greet and interact with viewers, respond to comments, and create a lively chat atmosphere.
- Encourage audience participation (likes, follows, and sending virtual gifts).
- Support other performers (e.g., dancers/streamers) during the livestream by keeping the flow engaging.
- Maintain a positive and respectful vibe at all times.
- Follow live schedule consistently (e.g., 2-4 hours/day).
- Work with the team to improve content quality and viewer retention.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly, talkative, confident, and comfortable on camera.
- Fluent in Indonesian (English is a plus).
- Experience in live hosting, livestreaming, or social media engagement is an advantage.
- Able to adapt quickly and handle real-time interaction.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
- Consistency and reliability are a must.

Kami sedang mencari **Hos TikTok Live** (perempuan) yang petah bercakap, yakin diri, dan mampu menghidupkan suasana ketika siaran langsung. Anda akan **berinteraksi dengan penonton secara santai dan menyeronokkan**, mengajak mereka bersembang, follow, like, dan beri hadiah (gift). **Tiada keperluan untuk menari atau menjual produk** — tugas anda hanya sebagai hos yang menyokong streamer utama semasa siaran.

**Tanggungjawab Utama**:

- Menjadi hos semasa siaran langsung di TikTok mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan.
- Berbual dengan penonton, jawab komen, dan cipta suasana mesra serta interaktif.
- Galakkan penonton untuk follow, like, dan beri gift semasa live.
- Sokong streamer lain (contohnya penari atau performer) dengan menjadikan siaran lebih menarik.
- Pastikan suasana siaran kekal positif dan menyeronokkan.
- Berkolaborasi dengan pasukan untuk tingkatkan kualiti dan interaksi live.
- Konsisten mengikuti jadual live (contoh: 2-4 jam sehari).

**Kelayakan**:

- Petah bercakap, yakin di depan kamera, dan berpersonaliti ceria.
- Fasih berbahasa Melayu (kemahiran asas Bahasa Inggeris adalah satu kelebihan).
- Pengalaman sebagai hos, streamer, atau pencipta kandungan adalah satu kelebihan, tetapi tidak wajib.
- Boleh bekerja pada waktu malam atau hujung minggu jika diperlukan.
- Bertanggungjawab, konsisten, dan komited.
