**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and basic IT equipment
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and basic maintenance
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and networking
- Willingness to learn and able to work independently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
