Role Overview
The HR & Finance Executive is responsible for handling human resource functions such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, while also supporting finance and administrative tasks including invoice issuance, delivery order (DO) preparation, and basic accounting duties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resource Management**
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records, KPI and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- **We use an HR system with automated counting, designed to be user friendly for new staff**
**Finance & Admin**:
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders (DO), and related financial documents.
- Assist in tracking company expenses, petty cash, and payment records.
- Support monthly financial reporting and liaise with external accountants/auditors.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation for finance and admin records.
- Assist in procurement and office administration when required..
**Requirements**:
- At least have experience in an HR role is preferred.
- Good understanding of Malaysian Labor Laws and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
