IT Trainer

Must be a local Malaysia and possess an excellent written, oral and presentation skills in English language
- Minimum 5 years of experience being a Microsoft Trainer
- Possess strong technical expertise / knowledge on Microsoft Technology
- Ability to train, coach, and upskill technical support personnel on Microsoft technologies (e.g. O365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Compliance, MFA, DLP, and Encryption)
- Face-to-face customer engagement skills
- Passion for new innovative technology and drive customer transformation
- Demonstrate effective balance between business and technical acumen
- Ability to deliver presentations and discuss products at a solutions level

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
