REQUIREMENTS:

- NO experience required as full training will be provided.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Dataran Pahlawan, MAHKOTA PARADE & AEON BANDARAYA MELAKA.
- Preferably Junior Executives with interest in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.
- Have strong leadership & teamwork.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

MAJOR DUTIES:
1. Beauty care Dept Sales & GP
- To give professional beauty care advice and product advise to customers.
- Monitor monthly promotions & roadshows to maximize sales & GP achievement.
- To complete & submit Beauty Advisor Monthly Report on time with accuracy.

2. Beauty care Dept Inventory
- To conduct overall beauty care stock maintenance, ordering, receiving, transfer, and PA Zero according to Operations SOP.
- Prevent loss by efficient stock monitoring, security sensor tags and surveillance.

3. Beauty Consultation
- To provide skin analysis tests to customers with keeping of customer records according to Beauty Consultation SOP.
- To achieve monthly skin analysis test targets to increase customer’s awareness and uptake.
- Implement & participate in HQ planning on beauty service promotions and events.

4.Service Support & Mystery Shopper Programme
- Co-operate with store operations in providing good customer service base on Mystery Shopper Programme evaluation.

5. Training & Development.
- To consistently give product training to shop staffs according to HQ planning & requirements
- To attend HQ Beauty Advisor Meeting & Training to keep updated with new products release & updated store operations.

6. Selling Floor Maintenance
- To setup and maintain stock display on normal shelves, Gondola End, Standee & Cashier.
- To upkeep cleanliness, tidiness of stocks, shelves & beauty consultation counter.
- To make sure stock display with 100% price cards and promotion items with POP with forwarding & replenishing.

7. Compliance
- To perform daily duties with compliance to Operations SOP.
- To maintain beauty counter, cabinet & consultation area according to Beautycare Consultation SOP.

OTHER DUTIES:
1. Record customer requests for beauty care dept and feedback to HQ. To take action to satisfy customer request.

2. To support store events e.g. Modelling Stage, Beauty Fair & Roadshows.

3. To participate in marketing activities including product review.

4. Social media marketing & content creating.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
