**F&B Crew (Kitchen)**

**Location**: Ben's Independent Grocer, Mall of Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor
**Employment Type**: Full-time / Contract

**Job Summary**:
As an F&B Crew Member at B.I.G., you will be part of a vibrant team that delivers exceptional food and beverage service in a dynamic retail environment. You will play a key role in ensuring customers enjoy a pleasant dining experience, whether they’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a freshly prepared meal from our food court.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Take orders accurately and answer questions about menu items.
- Upsell promotional items and provide recommendations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service and prompt issue resolution.

**Food & Beverage Operations**
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Assist in kitchen duties including ingredient prep and dishwashing when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food prep and dining areas.
- Perform pre-opening and closing duties as per SOPs.

**Cashiering & Transactions**
- Operate POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Handle cash and other payment methods accurately.

**Teamwork & Compliance**
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain grooming standards and wear proper uniform.
- Participate in training and development activities.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Friendly, cheerful, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and perform manual tasks.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
