Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Continuously monitor and analyze retail trading flows for FX and CFDs to identify risk exposures and opportunities for P&L optimization.
- Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies that align with our trading operations' stability and profitability goals.
- Offer strategic insights and recommendations on risk management and profit optimization to senior management.
- Keep updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that could influence trading risk and compliance.
- Support the integration of comprehensive risk management practices into our trading infrastructure, with a particular focus on MetaTrader platforms.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated expertise in trading risk management within FX and CFD trading contexts.
- Experience in optimizing P&L within trading operations.
- Knowledge of retail trading flows and the specific challenges and opportunities presented by users on MT4/MT5 platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of turning complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication abilities, with proficiency in conveying complex concepts to a broad audience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications in risk management will be considered an asset.
