1. Ensure absolute adherence to Company Management System requirement including quality, environment, health & safety and etc. 2. To perform for process using machine milling, grinding, turning and drilling. 3. Performance regular checks and maintain for all machine, equipment, jig and fixture. 4. Ensure the task assigned complete and timeline. 5. Provide support to customer and quality enquiries. 6. Develop innovative solutions. 7. Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. 8. Ensure projects or orders are completed on time. 9. Attend to the feedback from internal team member in the organization or customer and take necessary improvement. 10. Develop a cost-effective and working production process. 11. Arrangement on the production schedule base on Job Order (JC). 12. Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures. 13. To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk. 14. Maintain and responsible for 5’s practices in workplace. 15. Others duties assigned by superior and Management from time to time.
