**Job Title: Clinic Supervisor**

**Location**: Pudu, Kuala Lumpur

Join our team at Klinik Dr. Leela Ratos as a Clinic Supervisor and take charge of our in-house GP clinic operations. We are seeking an experienced individual who can effectively manage clinic software, liaise with doctors, and drive marketing initiatives to enhance our clinic's presence and patient care.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the in-house GP clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.

2. Manage clinic software systems to streamline patient appointments, records management, and billing processes.

3. Liaise with doctors to coordinate patient consultations, medical procedures, and follow-up care, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones, including digital marketing campaigns, community outreach, and promotional events.

5. Monitor clinic performance metrics and patient feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

6. Train and mentor clinic staff on best practices in patient care, customer service, and clinic operations.

7. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including patient confidentiality and data security.

8. Collaborate with the clinic manager and administrative team to achieve clinic goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.

2. Proven experience in clinic operations management, preferably in a GP clinic or similar healthcare setting.

3. Proficiency in clinic software management, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems and scheduling software.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with doctors, staff, and patients.

5. Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on driving patient engagement and retention.

6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

7. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

8. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving clinic objectives.
