**Job description**
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor in Accountancy
**Role Description**:
- To Monitoring daily financial transactions.
- Overseeing accounting procedures like billing and invoicing.
- Processing monthly salaries for employees.
- Ensuring that tax processes and other financial activities follow government regulations.
- Preparing and examining data before inputting it in general ledger accounts.
- Recognising and settling inconsistencies in financial records.
- Verifying that an organisation’s expenses stay within budget.
- Working with banks, public auditors and other external employees to keep financial records in order.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
