**Site Oversight**: Manage the daily site operations for engineering projects, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project plans.
- **Team Management**: Supervise site engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel to ensure productivity and compliance with technical and safety standards.
- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with project managers, design engineers, and procurement teams to align site activities with project timelines and objectives.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the execution of work to ensure it aligns with engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Enforce company and legal safety procedures, conduct site safety briefings, and ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track site progress against the project schedule and prepare regular updates and reports for senior management.
- **Resource Management**: Plan and manage the use of manpower, machinery, tools, and materials effectively to minimize downtime and wastage.
- **Problem Solving**: Address technical issues or delays on-site promptly and implement corrective actions.
- **Client Communication**: Act as a site-level liaison with clients or consultants during site visits or progress discussions.
- **Documentation**: Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping related to site activities, including inspections, handovers, and incident reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of site operation or project management experience in the engineering industry.
- Previous experience in the marine engineering industry are bonus.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid knowledge of marine engineering practices, task and site safety.
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to site challenges.

Pay: RM1,921.21 - RM6,946.93 per month
