Please Note:
**Job Description**:
In this position, you will be responsible for AP processing, process improvement or project management. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Work with operation team to understand the challenges and pain points in the processes or systems
- Work with management and customers to evaluate alternative procedures and systematic solutions which most effectively meet needs while maintaining acceptable business standards and ensure SOX compliance
- Understanding of Oracle system environment is an added advantage.
- Review and update system/process documentation
- Work with IT/project core team for any system issues or any new projects/enhancements which impact Accounts Payable function
- Perform reconciliation of vendor statement
- Liaise with Buyers, Requestors and Vendors on problems of varying scope and complexity
- Handle other projects as assigned
- Point of contact for payment and invoice enquiries
- Handle escalation and deal with daily operational issue
- Ensure good governance process and continuous improvement to day to day operation issue

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with accounting knowledge
- 1 - 3 years relevant working experience preferably in a multinational organization
- Possess strong leadership and project management skills
- Meticulous, result oriented, motivated, resourceful, self-starter, ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Oracle system and SAP system experience is an added advantage
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Able to work on different shift if needed
