Manage Tenders and tender documentation, project costing and contract administration.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, client, consultant and project team.
- Follow up, Check and verify claims from sub-contractors.
- Follow-up with project team on progress of work done at site.
- Assist in operation matters on contractual issues and any other contracts administration duties related to QS.
- Assist to prepare tender BQ and tender documentation, project costing and contract administration.
- Assist in calling quotation and tender coordination.
- Assist in taking-off quantities and cost planning.
- Perform ad-hoc or any task assigned by Management or Superior.

Job Requirement:

- Diploma or Degree In QS.
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in sewerage line and Fresh Graduate is also welcome.
- Able to work independently, and possess good organizational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, and can speak English and Bahasa Melayu.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
