**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring all financial data is accurate.

2. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other transactions.

3. Perform bank reconciliations and assist in monthly closings.

4. Help with preparing financial reports and audits.

5. Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.

6. Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documentation.

7. Support the senior accountant or finance manager with other tasks as required.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. 1.5 to 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred (fresh graduates may be considered).

3. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (SQL).

4. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

5. Good organizational and time-management skills.

6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

7. Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
