To report and assist MD to oversee overall management and operation. - To collaborate with team of managers and to ensure all departments are working together, providing guidance and support when needed. - To ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. - To learn our Company’s activities and plant’s operation & basic product knowledge and its processes. - Able to work collaboratively with departments to achieve the company’s set goals. Departments to oversee are: Sales & Marketing, Human Resource, Purchasing, Administration, Financial and Accounting Activities as well as Maintenance and safety - to ensure business needs are being met. - To be well-versed with business revenue and the entire business operations in relation to customer continuity. - To communicate with Japan HQ office for business guidance, instruction and information-sharing whenever necessary and required. **Requirements**: - Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or other discipline. - 15-20 years of experience in manufacturing background - 5-10 years of managerial field experience in departments operation. - Proven track record of his successful leadership and team management - Experience in budget management and financial analysis - His professional achievements, such as how he has helped companies succeed and grow - example: Sales growth, customer satisfaction scores, employee performance - Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions - Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English **Additional Information**: Company Industry: Manufacturer Working Location: Beranang, Selangor Working hours: Monday - Saturday 8am - 5:15pm Click on "**APPLY NOW**”, if you are interest in this position. **Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Leadership: 10 years (preferred) - Managerial: 10 years (preferred) - Manufacturing: 10 years (preferred)
