Assess and understand customers’ financial goals, concerns, and needs.
- Provide tailored financial advice and recommend suitable wealth management and insurance solutions.
- Proactively build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to support their financial journey.
- Engage clients through various channels, including in-branch consultations, telemarketing, social media outreach, and participation in marketing roadshows.
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the bank.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; SPM holder with minimum 5 years experiences can be considered.
- Open to individuals from diverse sales backgrounds who are passionate about financial services.
- Strong drive for performance and results, with a proven ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
- Willingness to travel to support branch activities and client engagements across surrounding areas.
