**Primary scope**:
**_ “To handle company administrative work for Solventum Malaysia Sdn Bhd.”_**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate, schedule and take minutes of meetings for the Country Leadership Team (CLT)
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for Country Leadership Team and Board of Directors meetings.
- Follow up on Country Leadership Team and Board of Directors meeting discussion items and related actions.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize and coordinate Country Leadership Team events, including engagement activities.
- Liaise with external industry associations, vendors, and suppliers to support stakeholders.
- Manage sourcing and accounts payable matters relating to the Country Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
- Process payment requests for vendors.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support to various projects, as assigned.
- Provide support and assistance to Country Chair, Country Leadership Team and other Solventum team members as prescribed.

Position Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive/Team Administrator in an MNC/high matrix organization.
- English language fluency.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Project management experience would be an added advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Minimum education level: Diploma in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in working effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
