**Position: Administrator**

**Type: Permanent**

**Location: Jalan Jasmine 5, Sek BB10, Bandar Bukit Beruntung**

**Salary: Up to RM2500 - Based on experience**
- Monitor and record the daily attendance of foreign workers at the hub, ensuring accurate tracking of work hours as is set by the organisation;
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for hub employees, ensuring adherence to relevant labour laws. Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any payroll discrepancies.
- Support various projects by managing and organizing documentation such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and assisting with its administrative tasks.
- Prepare and manage billing documentation for services rendered, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Assist in invoicing processes and coordinate with the finance department to address billing inquiries.
- Manage the FOMEMA (Foreign Worker Medical Examination Monitoring Agency) documentation for foreign workers, ensuring all necessary medical examinations and records are completed and filed accurately.
- Other related task as and when is required by the operations.

**Requirements**:

- SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in handling administrative tasks preferably from the logistics or courier industry;
- Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Melayu;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Attentive to details; and
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a MUST.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
