**Jobs Description & Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and supervise ongoing daily works on site
- Deal with customers, sub-con, site workers inquiries and machinery/ equipment and materials on site
- Assists admin in the documentation for claims projects
- Coordinate and ensure all materials delivered to site are as per approved specifications
- Prepare work schedules; ensure projects are carried out according to work schedule and quality standard/ work in tight schedule and deadline
- Record and report to Project Manager for daily work progress and any site issues
- Able to attend any emergency case during on call duty

**Skills needed**:

- Required spoken and written language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Able to work under minimum supervision, good attitude, willing to learn
- Initiative, able to work in team, work independently and interpersonal skill
- In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Able to understand floor plan and architecture drawing
- Possess own transport
- At least 1 year experience in construction industry and supervising experience
- Preferably someone who can start work immediately

**Job Types**: Internship, Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Site Supervisor: 1 year (required)
