_Responsibilities/Objectives: _
- Responsible for supervising and training production employees (Production Technician, Machine Operator, General Worker) and monitoring the success of production control, inventory control and final quality control function to ensure delivery requirements and schedules are met.
- Supervise and establish priorities production function and employees with responsibility for day-to-day activities.
- Provide and document production employees’ performance assessments, employee development plans, and make recommendations for compensation/job classification adjustments.
- Anticipate and implement new process improvements and ensure support from employees.
- Facilitate the identification and communication of machine breakdown, non-conformance on raw materials and finish goods to superior promptly.
- Develop and monitor, on a day-to-day basis compliance with 6S procedures, safety rules and regulations, machine SOP and quality SOP in each work area/function.
- Ensure all finish goods are properly labeled, accounted, handled, and stored.
- Performing other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time
- Minimum 3 years of experience of operating forklift, hand-lifter, reach truck for loading and unloading goods, and basic maintenance knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6-24 months
