**Full job description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor attendance, leave & medical leave
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
- Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment letters and memos
- Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Participate in other HR-related projects as needed
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9PM - 6-PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: From RM650.00 per month
