**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop original, engaging, and relevant content for social media platforms, blogs, websites, newsletters, and other digital channels.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and others. This includes creating posts, videos, stories, and other content formats that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure all content reflects the brand's identity, values, and messaging.
- **Campaign Execution**: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content for promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events.
- **SEO & Content Strategy**: Optimize content for search engines (SEO), ensuring maximum visibility and reach.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Track performance metrics (views, likes, shares, conversions, etc.) and report on content effectiveness. Use insights to refine strategies and improve future content.
- **Collaboration**: Work with other team members, including designers, videographers, and copywriters, to enhance content creation efforts.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor content strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and video creation skills.
- Proficiency in using content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.

**Compensation**:

- **Base Salary**: RM2,000 - RM2,500
- **Commission**: The Content Creator will earn a commission ranging from **2% to 5%** of generated revenue tied to their content efforts, based on performance metrics such as engagement, leads, conversions, and sales driven by their work.
