**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT trainer with a passion for education and a good understanding of IT and electronic principles. In this role, you will develop and conduct training programs that provide students with foundational and advanced knowledge in IT and electronics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess students’ skills in IT and electronics to identify their learning needs and develop tailored teaching plans.
- Design and implement engaging and informative activities focused on IT.
- Provide hands-on instruction using various materials and equipment.
- Teach students in diverse live/onsite settings, including group classes, small workshops, and individual sessions.
- Develop comprehensive curricula and lesson plans that encompass a wide range of IT topics.
- Maintain detailed records of students’ progress and adapt teaching methods to meet their needs.
- Manage classroom dynamics, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues about academic progress and specific learning needs.
- Assign, grade, and provide feedback on projects and assignments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Fluency in English ; Mandarin and additional language skills are a plus.
