**Responsibilities**:

- Working with clients to define their content marketing strategies that matches client’s needs and objectives.
- To develop an editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure the appropriate English words and tenses are being used for use in different type of content.
- Conduct research and developing an understanding of the business’s industry, the business / product’s unique value proposition, and it’s the product’s market differentiators.
- Coordinate with graphic designers to illustrate articles or design the publication to make it attractive.
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
- Edit, proofread and improve the content that is being created.
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
- Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the clients’ websites and social media channels.
- Integrating keywords into your content strategy and evaluating the effectiveness of those keywords.
- Researching and to have an understanding on clients’ target audience.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or any related field.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of Keyword Search tools, such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs Keyword Explorer, Google Keyword Planner, Google AdWords, UberSuggest, Moz, SEMRush, etc.
- Knowledge in integrating Keywords in creating content for the purposes of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of working experience as a content marketer or content editor or have worked as a writer or blogger.
- A portfolio of published articles.
- Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
- An understanding of search engine optimization best practices.
- Experience in creating various types of content such as eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, research papers, etc.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: RM1,750.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
