**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**

1. Creative Design:

- Develop high-quality designs for marketing materials, including brochures, posters, banners, social media content, website graphics, and advertisements.
- Translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs that align with Cleanpro Laundry’s brand identity.

2. Brand Identity Management:

- Ensure consistency in design and messaging across all platforms and materials.
- Maintain and enhance Cleanpro Laundry’s brand guidelines.

3. Project Leadership:

- Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies that support business goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized records of design files, assets, and project progress.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output.
- Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when necessary for printing or production.

5. Innovation & Trend Awareness:

- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Experiment with new styles and techniques to elevate the brand’s visual impact.

6. Feedback & Revisions:

- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while maintaining creative integrity.
- Ensure final designs meet quality and technical standards for both digital and print formats.

7. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving
- Revise designs based on feedback and resolve technical issues related to design and production.
- Identify and address challenges in maintaining brand consistency across diverse media.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Proficiency in animation and design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across multiple mediums.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Preferable communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in motion graphics and video editing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
