Responsibilities
- Responsible in managing the Director’s day-to-day administrative and operational matters
- Assist in director’s personal and family matters
- Perform other duties as assigned by the director from time to time.
- Responsible in managing the Director’s day-to-day administrative and operational matters
- Handling of personal and private/confidential matters for the Director and/or immediate family members of the Directors as instructed
- Ensuring that vehicles in good condition and are always ready for use.
- Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Malaysian citizen with a valid driving licence.
- A matured, responsible and disciplined individual.
- Physically fit and mentally alert.
- Familiar with roads and has a good sense of direction (know how to use Waze, Google Maps and etc).
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, responsive and flexible to changes
- Able to exercise a high degree of tact and professionalism when dealing with various situations
- Willing to travel, when required
- Assist in director’s personal and family matters
- No Criminal record
- Non-drinker
- Must be PUNCTUAL in attendance and strictly maintain timing schedule.
